GRIMM TRAIL AT SEAWITCH FESTIVAL
Friday, October 24, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 25, 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Grove Park, Rehoboth Beach
This year at The Seawitch Festival in Rehoboth Beach, Clear Space will present THE GRIMM TRAIL, an interactive trail led by Little Red Riding Hood where children can encounter different Grimm Fairytale characters and help to decide their fate. David Button, Company Manager, has written the Grimm Trail script, and the cast is comprised of theatre company members as well as students from the Broadway Bound program.

This special anniversary concert features the music of legendary songwriters Irving Berlin (Annie Get Your Gun, White Christmas) and Jerry Herman (Mame, Hello, Dolly!, La Cage Aux Folles), contemporary writers Richard Maltby and David Shire (Baby, Closer Than Ever, Big), a medley from the Broadway classic Kismet and selections from the current Broadway season!

Anything Goes in this Delightful, Delicious, and De-lovely revue of the sassy and sophisticated music of Cole Porter. Conceived and arranged by director Doug Yetter, the show covers Porter’s early years, his first hits, his Hollywood career, and his triumphant return to Broadway. Autumn Schneider choreographs the cast. The seven singers and dancers tap, Charleston, and can-can to Porter’s famous hits and catchy tunes. You’ll leave singing his songs Night and Day!

See Ahrens and Flaherty’s “Ragtime” at the Kennedy Center. The bus will depart from the K-Mart parking lot in Rehoboth Beach at 9 a.m. Arrival at the newly renovated American History Museum on the Mall by about 11:30 a.m. will allow for a wonderful afternoon in D.C. to shop and dine. The bus will pick-up at the American History Museum at 6:30 p.m. and arrive at the theatre by 7:00 for a 7:30 p.m. performance. Returning to Rehoboth by 12:30 a.m. that night.

Broadway star, Ted Keegan, comes to the beach for the popular Broadway Voices performance! He has appeared as the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s astounding musical, PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, in over 24 states across the country, including the Broadway Show, the National Tour, and the Las Vegas Spectacular as well as performing live from Rockefeller Center for NBC’s Today Show. Ted debuted on Broadway in the highly acclaimed revival of SWEENEY TODD, where he was seen as Anthony. He has performed opposite Audra McDonald and Marin Mazzie as well as at the George Gershwin Centennial Celebration. Accompanied by Doug Yetter, Ted Keegan comes to the beach to delight us with his bright, resonant voice and personal charm in Broadway Voices 2009!
