The classic story of Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle and Professor Henry Higgins is brought to life in a re-imagined, intimate production. A musical adaptation of George Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion,” “My Fair Lady” follows Higgins as he attempts to turn Eliza into a proper English lady through speech lessons, and the line between learning and learning to love becomes increasingly blurred. A show and music you know and love by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe, Clear Space brings this timeless musical right to “The Street Where You Live.”

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS

Based on the cult classic 1960’s film of the same name, the hit pop-rock musical LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS follows Skid Row floral assistant Seymour, who loves two things: exotic plants and his affable co-worker Audrey. In a freakish turn of events, down-and-out Seymour becomes an overnight celebrity because of his discovery of Audrey II – a tough-talking, R&B-singing strange new plant with an appetite for human flesh and world domination! In Alan Menken and Howard Ashman’s world of sadistic dentists, street urchins and carnivorous plants, “Ya Never Know” what might happen next!

Step into the Kit Kat Klub, a place teeming with seedy nightlife, in this Tony Award-winning musical. During the rise of Nazi power in 1930’s Germany, American writer Cliff falls for the seductive chanteuse Sally Bowles and becomes entangled in a world of decadence and ever-increasing fear. Led by the enigmatic Emcee, allow the denizens of Berlin to entertain you with “Don’t Tell Mama,” “Maybe This Time,” and the ubiquitous title song. 2012-2013 Season Preview

SHIRLEY VALENTINE – by Willy Russell
This one-woman, tour de force show is a poignant and often comedic look at what could have been and what might still be. Shirley, an English housewife, spends her humdrum days talking to the kitchen walls and preparing dinner for her grumbling husband. When an opportunity to travel to Greece arises, she hesitantly seizes the moment and discovers that her life isn’t quite as dead as she thought.
